We Built an App: Herald Is Live on the Webex App Hub

Big day for our small team: Herald, our first app, is officially live on the Webex App Hub. Cisco reviewed it, approved it, and put it on the shelf next to software from companies with actual marketing departments. We're allowing ourselves one proud blog post about it. This is it.
The pause we built it to kill
If you've ever worked a business phone, you know the pause. The phone rings, you answer, and while the caller starts talking you're typing their number into the CRM, hunting for who they are, whether you've talked before, and whether there's an open deal. The caller can hear it. Everybody loses twenty seconds, every call, forever.
Herald kills the pause. When a Webex call comes in, Herald matches the number against your HubSpot in real time and pops the caller's record on screen inside Webex before you pick up. Name, company, title, open deals, last contact. You answer like you remember them, because now you do.

Pro writes the notes
The other job nobody was hired to do is typing up call notes after the call. Herald Pro deletes that job too: when you hang up, an AI summary and the full call transcript are already sitting in the HubSpot Call Activity on the contact's record. Your CRM stays current and nobody typed a word.
Setup is one admin connection between your Webex org and your company HubSpot, about 15 minutes, and it covers the whole team. One note for accuracy: a HubSpot seat is required for viewing records in HubSpot itself and for Pro features.
What it costs
Standard is $6 per user per month. Pro is $9. And because being our customer should pay off, existing Virtual Guardians Webex Calling customers get $3 off either tier: Standard for $3, Pro for $6. No enterprise pricing games. Those numbers are the numbers.
See it for yourself
The screenshots, the pricing table, and the install button all live on the Herald page: meet Herald here. Or if you're the skip-the-brochure type, it's waiting for you on the Webex App Hub.
Questions? Call (910) 530-1600 or email info@virtual-guardians.com. You'll get a human who built the thing, not a ticket queue.
