Enterprise-grade video meetings, now standard at CoWorx.

Virtual Guardians has partnered with CoWorx in Wilmington's Cargo District to put Cisco collaboration technology in the meeting room. Book the room, send one invite, and walk in to a meeting that just works.

The partnership.

CoWorx runs the best creative workspace in the Cargo District. Virtual Guardians deploys the same Cisco video technology used by Fortune 500 IT teams. Together, we have equipped the CoWorx conference room with a Cisco Room Bar Pro: a 4K camera and speaker system with one-button join for Webex, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.

No dongles, no drama

No fighting with HDMI cables or hunting for the right app. The room joins your meeting by itself and a single tap connects you.

Every platform welcome

Webex, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet all get the same one-button treatment. Bring whatever your client uses.

Backed by real humans

Virtual Guardians monitors and supports the room. If anything misbehaves, a support line gets you a person, not a ticket queue.

1

Invite the room

Add the email address CoWorx supplies in your meeting confirmation as a guest on your calendar invite, from any platform.

Google Meet note: if the meeting is hosted on a Google Workspace domain other than ours, the room may briefly wait in the lobby. Just admit Coworx Space and you are set.

How it works

Three steps. The first two happen before you even leave your desk.

2

Include the join link

Make sure the meeting link (Webex, Zoom, Teams, or Meet) is in the invite. The room accepts automatically.

3

Tap Join

At meeting time, a Join button appears on the room's touch panel. One tap and you are in.

Ready to meet?

Rooms at CoWorx start at $50 per hour, with half-day and full-day rates available. Coffee from Blue Cup Roastery included.
