How fast will I really hear back?
Form submissions during business hours (8a to 6p ET, Monday through Friday) get a response within one business hour. Weekend submissions get a response Monday morning. The form also takes you straight to Doug's calendar so you can book a slot without waiting for the response.
Will I get spammed if I submit?
No. Your info goes into our CRM so we can prepare your quote and follow up on it once. If you do not respond, we do not chase. We do not send newsletters or trigger drip sequences from this form. You can unsubscribe from anything we do send with one click.
I do not know my current contract details. Should I still submit?
Yes. The form does not require contract specifics. If you do not know what you are paying today, we can usually estimate based on your provider and seat count. Bring whatever you have to the call. We have helped plenty of buyers who showed up with no paperwork.
What if my team is smaller or bigger than your dropdown options?
Pick the closest option and tell us in the optional context field. We work outside the 5 to 500 seat range when the project makes sense. For very small teams we may recommend a free or self-service option instead. For larger teams we may bring in a Cisco partner who specializes in your scale.
