Phone systems for firms where every call could be billable.
Law, accounting, real estate, and consulting firms run on phones. We build Cisco Webex deployments that handle multi-line, multi-attorney, and multi-location complexity without compromising compliance.

Privilege-aware call and recording handling for legal.
Three steps. No science project.
1. Map the practice.
We sit with the office manager and a partner and map every extension, practice group, intake path, and after-hours rule. Who answers first, who covers when they're in court, where a client lands after 5pm.
2. Build it in Webex Calling.
Auto-attendant by department, call queues by practice area, recording and retention set to your firm's policy, and the Webex App on every partner's phone so the office number follows them. All configured by our engineers, not a wizard.
3. Port the numbers and train the staff.
Your existing numbers move over on cutover day. The old system keeps ringing until the port completes, so nothing goes dark. One hour of hands-on training is included in setup, and we answer the phone afterward.
Setup is billed as your first monthly invoice: design, implementation, and training. After that it's a flat per-user rate on a 36-month term, or 12 months for slightly more. See pricing for the current plan cards.
Firm phone systems, answered straight.
Can we keep our existing phone numbers?
Yes. We port every number, including fax and toll-free lines, to Webex Calling. Your current system keeps working until the port completes, so there's no gap in service. Porting timelines are set by the losing carrier, and most firms are live within a few weeks of a signed quote.
Is call recording legal for our firm?
Webex Calling records calls per user or per queue, and we configure it to match the consent rules where you operate. North Carolina is a one-party consent state; if you call into two-party states we set announcements accordingly. Retention length is your policy, and recordings are searchable by date, extension, and number.
Can partners use their cell phones without giving out the personal number?
Yes. The Webex App on iOS or Android places and receives calls on the office number. Clients see the firm's caller ID, the partner's personal mobile stays private, and the call history shows up in one place.
Do we need new desk phones?
Not necessarily. Many firms run the Webex App on computers and mobile phones and skip desk hardware entirely. If you want a phone on the desk, Cisco desk phones run from about $170 to the high $400s, and we right-size the mix instead of selling one to every seat.
How does billing work?
Per user, per month. Webex Calling starts at $22.45 per user, and plans that add Meetings or the full Suite are on the pricing page. Setup is billed as your first monthly invoice. Standard terms are 36 months, with a 12-month option for slightly more. Cisco taxes and fees pass through at cost.
We have more than one office. Does that change anything?
No. One Webex Calling system spans every office with one dial plan, one admin console, and one bill. Extension dialing works between offices, and a receptionist at one location can cover another. See our multi-location page for how that's set up.
How do we get started?
Request a quote or book a 15-minute intro. We'll ask about seat count, current carrier, and the routing rules you need, and come back with a plan and a price. Most firms also take the free 30-day Webex trial to test-drive the app before committing.
