How we price (without the runaround).
Per-user pricing is published below. The rest of the math — devices, setup, contracts, and taxes — is explained here so you can ballpark before you ever talk to us.
1. Per-user license (monthly)
Three plans, priced per user per month: Webex Calling at $22.45, Webex Calling and Meetings at $29.50, and Webex Suite at $28.50 (minimum 5 users). Details below.
2. Devices (one-time)
Desk phones: $170 up to the high $400s. Wireless headsets: $120 to $400. Room systems: $3,000 to $100,000 depending on size and complexity. We right-size for your needs. We do not oversell.
3. Setup (one-time)
Equal to your first monthly bill. It covers design, implementation, and a one-hour training session for your staff.
4. Optional managed services (monthly)
If you want us monitoring and managing your network or supporting your users, that's a separate flat fee per month.

Is there a setup fee?
Yes. It's equal to your first monthly bill, and it includes design, implementation, and a one-hour training session for your staff.
Do you require a long-term contract?
Most customers choose a 36-month term. You don't want to redo your phone system every year, and there's a pricing advantage. 12-month contracts are available for slightly more.
What about taxes and regulatory fees?
Taxes pass through from Cisco. What they charge us, we charge you. No markup.
Can I bring my own devices?
If they're Cisco Webex-certified and current firmware. We'll inventory them in the requirements call.
What happens at end of contract?
Give us 60 days notice before the end of your term if you want to terminate; otherwise the contract rolls over. Over 98% of our customers choose to roll over with us.
