Webex App: Let people know you're busy

There are two ways to let your colleagues know you're busy. If you need some time to work without getting message or call notifications, set your availability to Do Not Disturb (DND). If you need to let your colleagues know you're focused on your work, but still see their messages and call notifications, set your availability to Busy.
When you set your availability to Do Not Disturb, you will not get any notifications, but you'll see your unread indicators, so you can see the messages you haven't viewed.
When you set your availability to Busy, you'll get all message and call notifications.
If you use Webex Calling, you can access more calling options at user.webex.com. Find out what calling service you have.
Desktop
Click your profile picture and select Availability.
Choose Busy or Do not Disturb.
Choose from the following: select how long you don't want to be disturbed for from the list, or click Set a time to choose a specific time.
To change your availability back to active, click Availability > Clear.
iOS
Tap your profile picture, tap Availability.
Choose Busy or Do not Disturb.
Choose from the following: select how long you don't want to be disturbed for from the list, or tap Custom, choose a specific date and time.
To change your availability back to active, tap Availability > Clear.
Android
Tap your profile picture, then tap Availability.
Choose Busy or Do not Disturb.
Choose from the following: select how long you don't want to be disturbed for from the list, or tap Custom, choose a specific date and tap Ok, then choose a specific time and tap Ok.
To change your availability back to active, tap Availability > Clear.
Web
Click your profile picture, then select Availability.
Choose Busy or Do not Disturb.
Choose how long you don't want to be disturbed for from the list.
Click Availability > Clear to change your availability back to Active.
